Festival of Straw

The Festival of Straw took place in Storkow from 05.08. till 12.08.06

Delegations from Staicele and Demene (Latvia) and from Ramygala (Lithuania) built straw-sculpture.

^6th Festival of Straw in Storkow

The 6^th Festival of Straw took place in August 2008.
The Festival had as its motto “Animals, People and Villages”.
Friends from Staicele in Latvia and from Ramygala in Lithuania took part in the competition.
They created and built lovely straw-sculptures..
